What is the maximum working pressure for this tube?

Standard working pressure is 10‑50 bar. For high‑pressure ventilation (e.g., some ICU modes), we can reinforce the tube up to 70 bar. Please consult our engineers.

Is it compatible with standard ventilator connectors (22mm/15mm)?

Yes. We offer 22mm OD and 15mm ID tapered ends standard. Swivel elbows, luer locks, and custom connectors are also available.

Can it be sterilized? Which methods?

The tube can be sterilized by ethylene oxide (EtO), gamma irradiation, or autoclave (121°C, 20 min). For single‑use, we supply sterile‑packaged tubes.

Does it have any odor or toxic residue that could affect patients?

No. Platinum‑cured silicone is completely odorless and non‑toxic. It passes ISO 10993 biocompatibility tests – safe for long‑term skin and mucus membrane contact.

What is the lead time for custom lengths and connectors?

Samples for custom specs: 7‑10 days. Mass production: 10‑15 days after sample approval. Urgent orders can be expedited.

Do you offer heated ventilator tubes for humidified breathing circuits?
