Will silicone liners fit my existing milking shells?

Yes, for most major brands. Provide your shell model or send an original liner – we will match length, bore sizes, and locking profile exactly.

Do you supply liners for robotic milking systems (Lely, DeLaval VMS)?

Yes. We have tooling for Lely Astronaut, DeLaval VMS, GEA DairyRobot, and others. Please contact us with your system details.

What about milk hose dimensions for high‑flow parlors?

For large rotary parlors, we recommend ID ≥19mm (e.g., ID19mm × OD31mm) to minimise flow resistance. Thicker wall ensures vacuum stability.

Is silicone tubing compatible with existing CIP (cleaning) systems?

Absolutely. Silicone resists hot caustic and acid detergents, and its smooth surface cleans more easily than rubber.

Can you produce custom colours for liners or tubes?

Yes. We can colour‑code liners for different cow groups (e.g., red for fresh cows, blue for high yield). Pantone matching available.
