2. Your specifications: hardness, color, length, and any special requirements (flame retardant, food-grade, etc.)

What is the lead time for custom samples and mass production?
Our standard lead times are significantly faster than industry average:

Are there tooling costs? How much?

Can you make bonded rings (gaskets) from extruded profiles?
Yes. We take extruded profiles, cut them to precise length, and bond the ends together using automated bonding equipment. The result is a closed ring with a clean, strong joint — no excess glue, no misalignment, 10kg tensile strength at the bond. Available in circular, square, rectangular, or any custom shape. Ring diameter can be as small as a few centimeters or as large as 1,000mm+ — no size limits. Perfect for pipe flanges, access panels, equipment housings, and custom gasket applications.

What is a steel-reinforced seal? When should I use it?
A steel-reinforced seal (also called a "U-shape seal with steel insert") embeds a steel band or wire inside the silicone profile during co-extrusion. The steel provides mechanical clamping force that grips the sheet metal edge securely. This design solves the common problem of adhesive-backed seals peeling off under vibration, heat cycling, or outdoor exposure.

Will the steel and silicone separate over time?
No. Our steel and silicone are co-extruded — the steel is embedded during the extrusion process, creating a permanent chemical and mechanical bond. This is fundamentally different from post-insertion methods (where steel is inserted after extrusion), which are prone to delamination. Co-extrusion ensures the steel and silicone remain bonded for the life of the seal — no separation, no slippage, no failure.
